Best Customer ServiceMy daughter, husband, and i all have nothing but good things to say about One Tree Family Dentistry. Dr. Patel amd his staff have the best customer service. They work with their patient and focus on the best interest of the patient.

Went in to have work done, was giving a price. Even checked on dedcutable, maximum, and percentages. They had it down to the penny. I paid at time of service, my part in full. Come to find out, they had left something out. Work done in Jan. 2006, I receive a collection threat in June for the balance. Never had received a bill or any other notice I "owed" money. When called to check on matter, was told the it was my insurance companies fault. Pulled insurance invoices they paid everything they were to pay. Questioned it again, and rechecked bill found out it was staff at office. They forgot one of the extractions, will not take responsibility for error, told me I should. Not issue of the pmt so much, however if you spend that much time giving patient a charge (pmt made at time of service) then don't come back 6 months later and send a "Final Notice" bill. Also this was the first I have been notifyed of the issue, I was told by staff that I was making an "untrue" statement.
