worse than bad. asked for heating tape to be put on pipes. guy shows up, then disappears for almost an hour. when it was finished, bill was outrageous landscaping plants destroyed, when I went to complain was told the owner would call me as he was out of town to discuss why the bill was so much and my landscaping plants destroyed... owner never called back. worst customer service ever. I do not recommend them to anyone.
