I have dealt with Hi-Tec Tv for yrs now. They are factory trained, very well dressed, and always a pleasure to work with. I have owned multiple properties through out the desert over the years and Hi-Tec has always been prompt in their service. And have never been over charged for any of their services. Trust worthy and honest service, in this day and age, what i rare find. keep up the great work Hi-Tec.
I can take a lie detector test and swear under oath, and you, the reader, can be a witness to the test and oath, and the fact is that almost every single review they have for their business is at the top or very close to the top of the rating scale. They are a mom/dad type business that is honest and straight forward, They try to get parts as fast as they can, and are restrained only by the parts distributors, Yes ! , even the repair shop must wait at times, for the part. They pick up your item for repair, and return it repaired, and sometimes fix it right in your castle (home). You treat them like family, and they treat you like family. Respect is the key here, we all want to be treated with respect. If you want your repairs made correctly and in the least amount of time, these people will bend over backwards to accomodate you. They are a desert family business with your interests and needs a the top of their list. Please giive them a try and I KNOW you will be satified.

We were in palm springs on vacation and the 42 inch panasonc plasma in our motor home went dead. We called Panasonic and were referred to HiTEC TV. They knew what was defective and what was great the parts were in stock and we got our plamsam back the same day. Very professional people.

After buying a lamp from another servicer that went bad in a few months I was sceptical. Then I called the factory and they gave me your number. Thank you for promptly getting a new Lamp for me. I installed it and my TV has a great picture now! WOW I almost forgot how beautiful the picture really is on my 73" Mitsubishi. Thank you all. Sincerely T. P, Palm Springs CA
They charged me $65 to tell me I had a bad power supply & it took them a week to do it. Then I had 2 wait another week to get a power supply. When they finally got it installed they charged an additional $65 to instal it plus twice the cost of the part ( I researched the cost on the internet). I went in with my 5yr old daughter to pick it up & when I asked her bout an invoice for the part the lady got all upset & started yelling as if asking a question bout my tv was confidential information & told me she wanted me & my child out of her store. In summation if you don't mind paying outrageous prices waiting about a month for service being yelled at for questioning the quality of the service or prices throw your hard earned $ away with these guys or do yourself a favor & look for some nice professional people that answer the phone when called
Hi-Tec came in quickly and did a review of my broken plasma. The estimate seemed high, but the recommendation was to purchase a new TV because of the price. I ended up buying a cheaper circuit board online and fixing the TV myself based on the review by Hi-Tec. Thanks guys!

Our two year old, Plasma TV suddenly stopped working. We called HI-TECH TV. They actually send a real Electronics Tech. to come and diagnose the problem. Some companies send a pick up and delivery crew. In a very professional manner he diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate. Just to be sure, we called the Factory to check on the price. They told us that that they don't control prices, but that this Estimate seemed very fair and accurate. After we gave them the "go ahead" it took only a day or two for the part to arrive. They promptly repaired our TV which made us really happy. I can see why people like them and refer them. They are really a great company. I highly recommend them. C J Ames in Indian Wells, CA

I bought an expensive 60" TV, that broke right after the warranty ran out. So my husband called the Manufacturer, and was told that this problem will be covered under extended warranty. They gave us a couple numbers to call. So we called the toll free number fist. After a run around, we got frustrated, and called the local number. After a couple of tries we got a hold of these really nice people at HI-TECH TV. We told them the problem, and before we got to tell them that our TV should be covered under extended warranty, THEY TOLD ME not to worry, we bought a great Brand, the TV repair will be coverd by the Manufacturer. That is one honest Company. The other people all wanted money to come out and check! But not these people. Everything went smooth, they took my TV, 24hrs later they brought it back-fixed. CLASS ACT. I wish everything was this easy and pleasant. THEY ARE THE BEST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called Hi-Tec to see if they would be able to repair my 36" Sony Trinitron. Alex asked me questions to determine what she thought the problem was and then gave me a very honest break down as to what it might cost me to fix the TV. She wanted to give me all the facts/costs up front to allow me to make an informed decision as to whether I wanted to spend the time/money make the trip down from 29 Palms to have it fixed. She even gave me the number of another repair shop in my local area that she recommended to repair my TV.I greatly admire her honesty and will recommend Hi-Tec to all my friends.Reginald Fischer in Twentynine Palms, CA
