This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They have apartments in Wien, Mo that they run ads on week after week. One apartment was promised to a woman on disability on December1, 2016, and accepted and signed the HUD vouchers. After communicating back and forth for almost two months now Mr. Belfield has decided not to rent the apartment to her after telling her to look no further the apartment is hers Numerous phone calls have been made and driving all the way to La Plata and Marshall to get the paperwork signed that he refused to fax because he wanted her to move in November so he could prorate the rent and charge her a $525.00 deposit, which was not in the HUD agreement. Now the woman has no where to live! I believe this man should not be allowed to be associated with the HUD program and I truly wouldn't trust doing any kind of realty business with him at all. It is pretty plain that his word is not worth much! I have filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office and intend to turn him into the HUD main office.
