My husband and I decided to go to a different IHOP (from our regular) on our anniversary. The pancakes were cold and the egg beaters taste like it was cooked in some kind of seafood seasoning (old bay). It was a horrible experience. This was the first and last time that we will visit this particular IHOP.

Waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Wait-time to be seated was at a very minimal, 5 minutes if 5 minutes. It didn't take the food long to come out either. Atmosphere was extremely pleasant. Facility was clean. This is my third visit and will return again, I'm sure.

food is cold , kitchen help gets the blame45 minute wait for cold food is a management problemmanagement was confrontational with a complaining guesta good place not to go back to soonthere is no provision for 1/2 star
