My expert experience was with Troy Williams. I was having an issue burning a CD,which I planned to mail through Fedex the day before Christmas Eve 2011 at the LaPlata business location. Troy answered so friendly and patient, guiding me with assistance several times by phone. He was kind enough to say come on in with your computer and I'll be glad to assist you. I did just that. He worked with me from 11-9pm. He was scheduled to leave early that day, but never gave it a thought to leave me stranded (also remember, it's not Kinko's job to help with computer issues). He went above and beyond customer service. My brand new computer was giving me problems. This DVD I created was a tribute to my Mothers Funeral and it was the out of town and home town families Christmas Gift. When the fedex person arrived for the mail pickup, I began to cry. Troy found a way to get the DVD burned by using a thumb drive. He was my angel and I just want to say Thank you Kinkos for hiring such a caring man. MK
