This place treats the homeowners like we should thank them for the crap they dish out. They play games charging late fees for non payment, they never send a bill, after several requests for a bill. They claim they never received the payment, every year the check isn't cashed & we have to hand deliver a 2ND payment. After the dues are paid for the year they randomly stop garbage collection for weeks on end for no reason & refused to refund for the 3 wks we were skipped. Their customer service people are condescending & hostile. Stephanie was the worst, her response to any question was to just argue and be as unhelpful as possible. This company does not work for the homeowners it acts like a collection company. I bet they reply to this review with some disparaging information about us/our account that is sensitive and violate privacy laws, like they have done to other reviewers. Take the review and change how you treat. People don't post negative reviews when they are treated fairly.
