We sat in the car for five minutes before I got out of the car to ask if the speaker was broken. The "manager" stated they were swamped with orders and just didn't have time to answer the bell.. Would it have been to much to just come on the speaker and say sorry for your wait but we are busy, we will be with you as soon as we can? when I asked the manager she just looked at me and said "sorry" by this point I was mad and was walking away when she said "bye", Okay.. as a manager you are to try and make things better for your customers, having a snotty attitude is not helping. I have talked to many people and they have said the same thing the service this is awful.
Food is good. Service is less then poor. Have to re-order multiple times (in 10-20 minute intervals). Employees too busy socializing with friends & relatives to process your order in a timely manner. Orders come incomplete & drinks & shakes are less then a full container.
