The communication from the employees is horrible. I have been assessed two late fees on my account and I have it set up to where "they" automatically take my payment from my checking account 2x a month. Late fees, seriously? I have called and left 3 messages for them and have never received a call back. I spoke with one of the employees and she was supposed to "look into it" and call me back, but I never heard anything from her. I requested something in writing be mailed to me to show that the mix up had been resolved, but, you guessed it, I never received it. I just left one more message informing them that if I did not hear from them I would be contacting the board members. Well see if I hear anything from them.
