Torrey Pines Dental Arts is a multi-specialty Dental Practice where we offer all phases of dentistry in one convenient location.  Dr. Richard Sherman and Dr. Steven Horne, our experienced Cosmetic Dentists, work with our team of outstanding specialists to provide excellent care for our patients. We work hard to make quality dentistry affordable, and work with all PPO insurance plans so that our patients can maximize their dental insurance benefit.
