      General Info

      Dr. Thomson is the Chief of Nephrology at VASDHS and is responsible for the hospital nephrology service at UC San Diego Thornton Hospital for 5 to 6 months out of the year. He conducts laboratory research in kidney physiology and disease with funding from the National Institutes of Health and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
