This is the best groomer in town. I have taken many dogs here as I'm a foster for a rescue. I've never had bad service and they treat all the dogs with care and love. Plus their prices are great!

Very bad customer service..my pet was treated very rude and rough..I got to see first hand how my poor dog was treated..I walked in at the time my dog was suppose to be finished. He was not. Got very excited to see me, making it very difficult for woman groomer to finish...Took her anger out on my poor dog...while he is suspended in midair in grooming contraption..Groomer, was obviously very upset with my dog..she should not be working with animals at all..lost her cool and patience with a poor harmless animal. Almost brought me to tears to see how my dog was treated...never will i take my dog there evr again..if she lost her cool with my dog I can only imagine how she treats other animals in her presence..That woman has no business working with animals if she has no tolerance for the poor defenseless creatures..!!!!! You groom dogs because you love the animal..!!! If not get out of the dog grooming business!!
