Poor customer service. My microwave went out and they charged me more to fix it than I could purchase the exact unit for. I did not check this until he had 1/2 of my money to order the part, by that time I was already out $103.00.The removed my microwave from the wall and its sitting in the floor - has been 5 days and I have heard nothing from them. I called and was told to call back tomorrow because they were really, really busy.
