Provided by YP.comWe've gone to County Line for over 20 years and have never had a problem, the staff has always been kind, courteous and helpful. Last week our dog was bleeding from the mouth, we called in on a Monday at 5:00, came in, were seen immediately, dog was assessed, an estimate made, signed the form and he was whisked in for anesthesia and surgery (stitches) for a 1" gash on the underside of his tongue. The doctor stayed and monitored him and we were able to pick him up at 8:30 that night. They called the house for status a couple of times this week and we are taking him in for a follow up today. Great place! we won't go anywhere else.

Provided by YP.comHaving been a customer for almost two years, they sure know how to lose a loyal one!! Just when you need them most and you feel like you have a relationship with them **BAM**!!! They screw you over. I needed to get a seasonal allergy shot for my grown weimaraner which is nothing out of the norm, left work early, and called ahead to tell them I was on my way. The receptionist couldn't find our 'chart' after trying three different names. When she finally found it after being put on hold twice (dog crying mind you) she said that my weim hadn't been there in a year- WRONG!! She had been there twice this year for a walk in cortisone shot. (Obviously they kept a bad record). Then I am told to hold yet again, this time for much longer and I am thinking to myself "I could've walked in there and already had the shot administered". Dr Kauffman then comes to the line to cold-heartedly state they don't take any walk-in patients and they don't take appts after 5. I have walked in on several occasions. So I ask among other things, "Why does the website say you're open until 6?" Regardless of any further details of our conversation she refused service to my ailing dog and I will now have to go elsewhere- which may be a good thing since they really don't have the best prices in town. How could it really have put them out so much to not see a sick patient. I was willing to wait and told them that?! And really- its a simple cortisone shot that could've taken less than 5 mins to administer. I will not be back and I do NOT recommend this facility for tender love and care to anyone's canine companion!
They referred my dog to an animal emergency clinic and she came out disabled. I would never go there again, and would never recommend this animal hospital to anyone who cares about their pet.
The Doctors and staff really love animals and know they are family members and go out of their way to makesure every thing is done for the health and comfort of our pets.
