We have always had good care and response from Dr. Shipman and staff. They are good to our animals, and speak to us not AT us. The first time we picked up our dog from the kennel he was out front with the receptionist and was quite pleased with himself. I've not had a bad experience
This is the worst service I have ever seen in my life, their groomer cut my dog so short that there were cuts left on his body that became infected. They would not stand behind their groomers work, and would in no way take responsibility for the damage that was done to my dog, or treat the infections. Please be ware of the abuse being given out by this so called Dr.
I compared their prices for vet services for my diabetic cat to my previous vet. Their services cost much less. The staff is friendly and supportive. They pay attention to my concerns.
