We use fresh and high quality ingredients.Key spice blends such as the all-important Garam Masala are made fresh in-house. Besides serving fresh and authentic Indian food we experiment with other cusines, for example the Lobster Kama, Shrimp Sunaina and Chicken Lemon Tadka are fusion of Indian and French styles. Chilly crispy potato, a spicy take on fries, is a derivative of American and Indian. Chilly Chicken is a classic from Delhi which combines Chinese and Indian. Lamb Okra has Middle Eastern influences. The ambiance is also a fusion of Indian and European styles with deep plum textured walls lit by Henna painted lamps.
