Ellen Barlow, FNP-C is a primary care provider at the GRH Regional Medical Clinic located in La Grande, Oregon. Grande Ronde Hospital, Inc. is a state and nationally recognized and award winning 501(c)3 not-for-profit health system established in 1907. As Union County's largest private employer, there are more than 750 members of the GRH team dedicated to providing quality health care services to our community of more than 25,000 residents.
