The company s products include Keystone Stabilizer Systems, Cornerstone Proteins, functional dairy ingredients and private-label nutritional systems. Its food ingredients products include buttermilk, lactose, milk proteins, whole milk, whey, whey proteins, nonfat dry milk, casein and caseinates, wheat gluten, wheat protein isolate, soy protein concentrate, soy protein isolate, non-dairy creamers, shortening powders, cheese and cream powders, cultured buttermilks, yogurt and sour cream powders, whipped topping bases and an assortment of gums, such as xanthan, guar, carrageenan, locust bean and gum arabic.
