  Johns, Flaherty & Collins, a general practice law firm, is looking for an experienced individual to fill the position responsible for all accounting and bookkeeping functions, including GL, A/P, payroll, quarterly and annual payroll reporting, bank statement reconciliations, cash management, trust accounting, employee benefits administration, and all business insurance renewals. In addition to the day-to-day functions, the position will prepare monthly financial statements and production reports, prepare year end statements and reports, as well as coordinate with an outside accountant for tax preparation. This is a full-time on-site position, Monday through Friday. No legal experience is required for the position.
