I would recommend Charlotte's Bridal to anyone!! I came from out of town looking for my wedding gown and had an even better experience than I could have imagined. All the girls working there were so friendly and so willing to help! I thought I'd have a hard time finding a dress that I loved, but the woman who worked with me made sure that I found the dress of my dreams. She was more than willing to answer any of the questions I had (which was a lot!) and really went "the extra mile" to make sure that I was happy! And not only did I have a blast, so did my Bridesmaids and family- They helped us find Bridesmaids' dresses AND a dress for my mom! I left the store smiling from ear to ear because of the great experience and service I had at Charlotte's. Highly recommend it to ANYONE! :)

I had so much fun looking for my wedding dress at Charlotte's Bridal. Everyone was so helpful and treated me like a princess. I looked so beautiful on my wedding day thanks to these ladies at charlotte's

also had a horrible expereince at this place. I was treated so wrong. I walked in and got no one to help me and my bridemaids. I believe they didnt want to help me because of my age, which is only 20. They thought we were just some high schoolers coming in to try on some dresses, but no I was going to look for dresses for my girls and purchase them. I was followed every where I went like I was going to steal something! Then they wouldn't measure the girls until I purchased the dresses. After we were done looking at the I went to look at wedding dresses. I was trying one on and the lady came in and told me that I couldnt. She made me take it off and left me with just my undergarmets on and walked out the door. She told me that if I ruined the dress that I would have to pay for it, but when she went out the door the dress scraped against the door. I was about to cry and felt like I wasnt worthy of having a wedding or getting married. (cont.)
