Fixed noisy engine. Issue was low oil and was honest/did not overcharge. In fact, came under budget for other needed maintenance (serpentine belt, several liquids). Owner is an honest person that takes pride in his work and never overcharges. I have full trust. My wife and I have been a custumer for several years.

I have always had a good feeling about taking my vehicle to Aloha Auto Center. Even had a bad part installed that failed. They fixed it with no questions asked and no arguments. As they are a NAPA AutoCare Center on top of all the other things they provide it is sure nice knowing you have a mechanic you can trust. Just drop it off and you know you will be well taken care of. By the way to the poor review with the van and the bad struts. How in the world does anyone lube struts? It is not possible! Strange solution. Good luck is all I can say.
I took my Dodge Neon in to find out why the back end of my car was shaking from side to side. I was given a price for strut replacement. Being a woman, I expected to be talked down to. That did not happen. The technician took the time to show me how a car is supposed to react to a bump verses how mine was reacted. Big difference! They also found my transmission was leaking badly. They could not guarantee how much time my car had left. (It was 14 years old). There was no absolutely no pressure to have unnecessary work done. They presented all the information and allowed me to make the final decision. I really appreciated that. I have recommended this auto center to others and I will be taking my new car here as well. Thank you Aloha Auto Center!!!

I guess I should have written this review a long time ago ... I'm sorry that I didn't. I happened upon this shop on my way to Starbucks, of all places. (Hint: It's close to Starbucks) My Jeep Grand Cherokee was making a weird ticking noise. I stopped in to see if they could offer a guess as to the problem. Not only did they offer a FREE estimate (on the rack for over an hour) but they were right-on for the problem. I recommend this place to everyone I know. By the way, the problem wasn't critical and for just a couple hundred dollars to fix IF I WANTED TO. I put the repair off for a bit, but it was nice to know that it wasn't urgent, and it wasn't as expensive as the estimate. Three words describe this shop best: QUICK, HONEST, CARING. Thanks guys!

To the fella that said that Aloha Auto Center didn't do right by him: Huh! Are you sure that you are talking about the right place? My husband and I have had Jeep maintenance done here for years. This place is very honest. They do good work and back it all of the way. You must have put in a review for the wrong place.
I'm a woman, and far from feeling taken advantage of, I feel like they're looking out for me like they would a relative. My husband and I have been taking our cars here for quite a few years, and now our daughter and our married son do too. We really trust Dan, Terry, and the rest. Many times they have saved us expensive repairs by suggesting an alternative or putting something off, if possible. My mom had them give her an estimate on several things, and they were much less than an estimate she was given from her current mechanic. They are honest, knowledgeable, courteous, and treat us and our cars well. I highly recommend Aloha Auto Center! I'm sorry the first lady had a poor experience here.

These guys are crooks! I took my mini van there and the first time I was charged 1500 dollars for service. Second time, I was told my new bill for all new struts would be almost $900! Now I am thinking I should get a second opinion. So I went elsewhere and was told that my struts were fine and just needed lubed. Total cost $89 for diagnostics.......Crooks here and they taked advantage of women!
