- Root Canal TreatmentDr. Gonzalez earned his undergraduate degree in economics with a minor in biology from Baylor University in Waco, Texas in 2000. He completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) training at Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 2005. He began practicing dentistry in Waco, Texas soon after at the Heart of Texas Community Health Center and at a private practice. Dr. Gonzalez treated children of all ages and adults and gained exceptional experience in root canal therapy. Dr. Gonzalez has completed several courses at the Center for Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry (CARD). He completed over 250 hours of orthodontic training with the American Orthodontics Society and has completed orthodontic treatment in over 200 patients. Dr. Gonzalez maintains membership with the American Dental Association and the American Orthodontic Society. He is also a member of the Central Texas Study Club.

He entered post-doctoral residency at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, New York and New York/Presbyterian Hospital in New York, New York completing a two-year General Practice Residency in 2008, focused training on implants, oral surgery, and sedation. In 2012, Dr. Alamo went into private practice in Kyle, Texas after four years treating and serving patients at a community health center. Dr. Alamo continues his professional training at the Kois Center in Seattle, Washington, a research-based learning center on dental occlusion, function, and esthetics. Locally, he participates in the Seattle Study Club and Spear Study Club. He’s received extensive training in orthodontic treatment through the American Orthodontic Society.
