This is a very popular place with the Kutztown University students. Locals also like to come here, but more likely in the mornings or weekdays. It's a convenient place to grab your morning coffee, which is delicious, by the way, or to call ahead and pick up breakfast on you way to class/work. There is a great variety of coffee, breakfast, and lunch choices. I've eaten at least one bagel every day for about 4 year there, and I'm not tired of it yet! There's always something I'm hungry for. If you want to check it out, try weekdays or early weekends, because it is less busy and more relaxing. Once the college students start waking up on the weekends, around 10am Saturday or 11am Sunday, it can get pretty packed.
