They repaired the electrical issue I described to them and they charged me with 3 hours of diagnostic at $125 per hour, then charged me $1200 for connecting 1 wire correctly. At the time, I was impressed with what they said they could do and their knowledge. Some of the initial work was done very well. However, in the end, I had a number of issues that made the whole overall experience negative. -- I agreed to pay $220 to replace blinds insurance didn't cover. After the work was accomplished I was billed $837.50, which was later lowered to $617.50. When I got it home, I removed all the blinds, purchased new ones and installed them myself because of their workmanship. --They estimated $550 to install an indash radio. I had it done elsewhere for $97 --I was billed $55 to 'install' an inverter. It was 'portable' and was not even connected. --They estimated $110 to 'install' a battery charger that needed no installation (portable). Other iissues just furthered my disappointment in this reputable looking co.
