Waterford Place Health Campus, located in Kokomo, Ind., is a retirement and long-term care facility. It offers skilled nursing, transitional care, memory care, adult day health and assisted living services. The facility offers various nursing services, such as routine screening and monitoring of medical, behavior and nutrition issues, medication and behavioral management, G-tube feeding, wound care and restorative nursing. Its staff includes medical specialists, rehabilitation specialists, nurses, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers. The various amenities offered by the facility includes private studio and companion suites, kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave oven, furnished resident rooms, closets and walk-in showers.
