Dr. Connell was very professional, friendly, and really took a lot of time explaining the various tests and scans and how to understand the results. You can tell he really loves what he does for a living and genuinely cares about people. I was really impressed with this office. Everyone was friendly and professional, and I was called back just a few minutes after arriving on-time for my appointment. I've never had such a great experience at an eye exam, and I've been wearing contacts or glasses for over 30 years with regular annual eye exams. I highly recommend Volunteer Eye Care!

This practice showed me what the large chain vision centers weren't offering! Service to patients, care, and understanding. They also have the flexibility to see patients on short notice without sacrificing the quality of care for the individual. As long as this continues, I am happy to say I will continue with Dr. Elliott and his fantastic staff!

We called due to an eye problem I had woke up with. Called this office of which I have never attended before. I have never had any eye problems before. They were quick to schedule me an appt.. I saw Dr. Elliott which was very calming and confident which put me very much at ease. He examined & explained it in detail what was going on. Had a good personality and answered any questions I had. They gave me a paper explaining the condition I had and what causes it so I could explain to my husband. Which I was very grateful. I will return when in need of glasses or injury and recommend them highly. Clean office and very friendly.

I was able to get an appointment scheduled as a new patient within a reasonable amount of time. I was very impressed with the quality of the exam and the thorough explanation that the Doctor gave me while I was there. He really explained a lot to me about my vision and what my best options were. The other staff members were friendly and the office was very clean and modern. I found some really nice frames and they took their time helping me pick them out. I never felt rushed. I would recommend this business to everyone including my friends and family.
