all of the above is true. Have been there since 2007, i still like it though.The staff is easy to get along with and are not sticklers on violations about little stuff and do not hassle anyone about little stuff like other places. The trees and solitude are nice.

This facility has a big problem with bugs and waterline leaks. The most important thing is their price, I have lived at steeple chase for 2.5 years, and the cost of living increase is outrageous. Not only do they slap you with increases, but do not provide you with adequate notice to make different arrangements. At my first lease renewal my rent was increased 6%. This last least renewal there was no increase in rent, but they are not making me pay for water/sewer and trash pick up which comes out to 7% increase (possibly more). Their factor for figuring your water/sewer is based upon a percentage rate (number of people in each unit). This is highly unethical considering the water leaks, some people do not have washing machines, and some people wash their cars (most units are not able to wash their cars).
