Smitty (the dad) and Mike Smith (the son) are exceptional people, with many years of experience in any kind of medical supplies and their application. Stephanie is also extremely knowledgeable and kind. It is totally worth the trip to check them out before you buy anything from the hospital. Many people in the medical profession go there, but anyone can buy things there. Most regular people just don't know about it. If they don't have what you need in stock, they can order it quickly or suggest something else that will work. They are very compassionate, and won't do a hard sell on you, they really want to help.
