Would not recommend at all. Was "helped" by an associate who either doesn't know what they are doing, or doesn't care. Asked for a part, and was given something that was completely incorrect for what I needed. Had I installed the part the associate attempted to sell me, it would have been a very costly mistake. After letting them know I did not want the purchase the part, was treated very rudely overall. This seems to be the same scenario quite a few of their customers have experienced after talking with some other associates in the electronics industry in Knoxville. My first experience with shields was enough to make it my last as well.

Called ahead to ensure they had what I needed. Got there and had to wait too long for help. Finally spoke with the guy I had talked to one the phone, only to realize that he had not been listening to me at all. He did not have the part I needed, nor did he seem to care. Entire waste of my time.
