Excellent! Best tasting white cake with white frosting EVER!!! Makes a BEAUTIFUL birthday cake. Order the day before or choose from a limited selection. Best little secret in North Knoxville. Your won't be disappointed.

Rita's has wonderful cakes, cookies, and other treats. Their buttercream frosting is so rich, it's sinful! I also love their cookies. They are not inexpensive, but the taste is worth the price. It is a locally owned business. The location is a little awkward because the strip mall is small and parking is not easy, but it is still worth the effort. Just try not to go during rush hour.
