Pleasant Ridge Elementary School serves students in kindergarten through grade five. The school s academic curriculum includes English, math, science, social studies and language arts. It also operates a learning center and music, technology, and health and physical education departments. Pleasant Ridge Elementary School has a staff that includes a guidance counselor, nurse, library assistant, speech and language pathologist, reading specialist, occupational therapist and paraprofessionals. The school operates a parent-teacher association that sponsors various fundraising activities for the development of the school.
