- Primary CareDr. Adams has worked with individuals ranging from early adolescence to late adulthood. She currently provides psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families. Dr. Adams has worked in university counseling centers, primary care clinics, emergency departments and private practice organizations. She believes that a collaborative relationship between therapist and patient provides an atmosphere of safety and respect, and utilizes an integrative approach of evidenced-based and relational treatment modalities.
- NeurologyDr. Oglesby received a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Academic training focused on integrative medicine and adult psychotherapy. A special area of interest in understanding and diagnosing neurodegenerative disorders was developed through an association with Cole Neuroscience Center at University of Tennessee Medical Center. She holds a Post-doctoral Master of Science in Clinical Psychopharmacology and is a Diplomate in Behavioral Sleep Medicine. Currently, she works within a neurology clinic that specializes in Multiple Sclerosis where she provides neurocognitive assessments and therapeutic support. Community activities include serving as a Red Cross Disaster Mental Health volunteer and a Military Reconnection Facilitator. In addition to the Knoxville Area Psychological Association, Dr. Oglesby is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and Society of Sleep Behavioral Medicine and is credentialled with the National Register of Psychologists. She has previously served on the boards of the Tennessee Psychological Association and Appalachian Psychoanalytic Society. Prior to becoming a psychologist, Dr. Oglesby practiced as a licensed physical therapist and obtained a doctoral degree in Exercise Science and Physiology.
- AutismPsychologists and senior psychological examiners at the Northshore Group conduct a variety of assessments, including: comprehensive psychodiagnostic and psychoeducational evaluations; Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental evaluations; and social security disability appraisals. Evaluations are specifically tailored to the needs of the client and serve a variety of functions, such as: differential diagnosis, school / work planning, treatment planning and disability compensation.

- PsychiatryDouble Board Certified Psychiatrist in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in independent practice, experienced in the comprehensive evaluation, psychopharmacologic and therapeutic treatment of children, adolescents and adults with a broad range of difficulties, including mood disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, attention and behavioral issues, school avoidance, eating disorders, substance abuse and trauma.
- Behavioral HealthDr. Masini earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Louisiana State University following an internship at the Michael E. DeBakey V.A. Medical Center in Houston, TX. Her career includes clinical, administrative and academic settings – mostly in East Tennessee but also in her native Puerto Rico. She has been in independent private practice in Knoxville at 4877 Chambliss Avenue until December 2021 when she relocated her practice to join the Northshore Group. Dr. Masini is a member of the Knoxville Area, Tennessee and American Psychological Association, a board member of the Behavioral Health Awareness Coalition of E. TN and a certified EMDR clinician. Her approach to psychotherapy is informed by her experience and training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Family Systems, Internal Family Systems and EMDR. More importantly, however, she values providing a safe environment for her clients, based on collaboration and mutual trust.
