Northshore Brasserie is a full-service, privately owned eating establishment that offers a variety of homemade French Belgian cuisine for lunch and dinner. The restaurant serves business and residential communities in the South Northshore/Pellissippi area of western Knoxville in Tennessee. It provides calamari, oysters, scallops, omelets, and soups and salads. Northshore Brasserie also serves a selection of wines, such as zinfandel, pinot noir, syrah, merlot, cabernet sauvignon, Champagne, pinot grigio, riesling and sauvignon blanc. The restaurant offers pork tenderloin, shrimp, mussels, salmon and frog legs. In addition, Northshore Brasserie provides a range of catering services for weddings, private parties and public events.
