Poor customer service. I purchased groupon gift certificates for me and a friend for a mani/pedi. Purchased in March. Tried to make an appt in March but they would not return my call. Called again at the beginning of June and was told that their one mani/pedi person was on vacation. Called again June 11 (a Saturday) and no one answered phones all day. Finally talked to someone on June 13 and was told that their were no available appts until June 15th. (gift certificate expired on the 14th) When I was asked if they would extend the gift cert until the 15th so I could use it, I was told "we can't do that" Really??? 70.00 down the drian. If you are considering this salon, there are so many in the Knoxville area who will provide better customer service.

I had never had my eyebrows waxed before, but my wife talked me into it...the old monobrow is just not as hip as it used to be...I was a walkin and was taken care of immediately. The specialist did an AWESOME job. I made the mistake of having them someplace else later (short notice) thinking they could just follow the lines Montage had prepared...nothing doing, won't go anywhere else now.
