August 13, 2013 I was told that it would be 4 to 6 weeks for my special order to be delivered. It has been OVER 3 MONTHS. I get excuse after excuse why it has been delayed. First it was the sofa fabric is back ordered, then it was "Gee, I don't know - I'll get back to you." run around. Or "Oh, this is they way Broyhill operates." So why does KWF offer furniture from Broyhill? Now it's we don't have the pillow fabric for the pillows - WHAT!?!? As it stands they haven't even started making the sofa & love seat - it will be ANOTHER 30 days just for them! And why is it I'm the one that has to call to find out what is going on? This is not how a business should treat it's customers. It shouldn't be this hard to purchase furniture. Especially from a "SO CALLED" pillar of Knoxville businesses.

I had a great experience with this store. I bought a sofa and love seat but found when I got the sofa home, it wouldnt fit in my door. The manager allowed me to swap it for another loveseat with no grief at all. I had to wait for it to come in, but got it after about a week, as promised. No one there was ever rude or wrong with me, even though i was in the wrong.

My wife and I went to 10 different furniture stores. We ended up buying at Knoxville Wholesale Furniture after comparing all 10 for value. Our money is tighter these days and getting the most for our money was the main objective. We bought a bedroom suite which included a dresser, mirror, night stand, canopy bed and media chest. The suite was delivered quickly along with the new king mattress set we purchased. We have already returned and picked out a new counter height table and 6 chairs for our dining area. One problem with the canopy which they gladly corrected. Will buy again.

I wanted to get a new mattress for our bed; hubby not excited about going shopping. Only went to two stores; one of those bed shops and Knoxville Wholesale Furniture. I fell in love with their new Serta mattresses. My husband was a little more excited about shopping when he found out top of the line Serta comes with a 50" Panasonic Plasma TV. Never owned a mattress that nice, but felt like heaven. Salesperson said another store locally was selling that same mattress set without a tv for more money. Took a few minutes and called that store from our cell phone; he told us the truth. We made the plunge and now sleep better than we have ever. Whole family excited about the new television.

This store has a lot to choose from. The prices are somewhat expensive, but they also have some items at a great deal. I hear that the delivery options are not very good with this store.

We have been waiting for our furniture for 2 months now. They have made 3 different deliveries to our home which means one of us has to leave work each time. We were told we would have it within 3 weeks. We call the store and get put on hold and then told someone will call us back. They never do. I will never purchase another item from this store

I bought some tables almost 2 weeks ago. They said they should be available in about 6-7 days for pickup, and that they would give us a call to confirm the next day. I called a couple of days after purchasing to confirm the pickup date. They then said that the date had to be extended 4 days. Still it was not ideal, but doable. I went to pick them up on the said date, and they were not there. They said they would not be available for another 3 weeks. Now this is completely unacceptable! I was relying on those purchases for some parties I am throwing. Once they had notification that the order would not be arriving at the required time they should have called me. I can't believe their customer service because they have fought over and over that they are right and I am wrong. I have bought 2 big purchases from this store already, and they have screwed up each order's due dates. I will now NEVER go back and fool with these people.

I went into the store to buy furniture on 08/02/09. I told the sales lady that my main concern was to get something they had in stock and could be delivered within the next 5 days. She assured me that what I picked out was in stock and would in fact be delivered within 3 days. It has almost been 2 months now and still no furniture. I tried canceling it and the manager told me there would be a restocking fee. I dont know how they could charge a restocking fee when they dont even have it in stock. I will never shop there again and will never recommend them. I am a local real estate agent and could have referred them business but will now be sure that my clients no better than to shop there.
