so they give you the wrong parts and you go back the next day to "swap out" for the correct part and they tell you that you bought it and its yours. They actually want me to buy another set of u bolts and want me to pay for them and keep the wrong ones as well. Nut jobs and stay away from this guy

The worst place I've ever done business with. They told me one price to get me in the door, and then it cost twice as much when they gave me the bill when the work was done. And they didn't even fix the problem, it still sags on one side and still sits uneven..... I'll never go Back to Knoxville Spring Service, period.
