Always great service at KVC. The staff and doctors make you feel like family. They always remember my name when I walk in each time and are so personable throughout every visit.
Absolutely the best place in town! Thanks for always going above and beyond our expectations. The doctors are both excellent and take the time to talk with you in depth about your vision and needs. I fully trust them with my eye care and will never go anywhere else.
I went here because they take my insurance but was really impressed on the contact lens prices and how nice the people in the office are. Really glad that I chose them to be my eye doctor.
I called to see about some specific lenses and Michelle answered the phone. she answered my questions, but couldn't have been more bothered to do so if she tried. We decided to go in and were greeted by two women working up front that took attitude as soon as we walked in, didn't want to bother with trying to help us find a specific lens we were looking for, and then tried to kiss up as we were leaving after they were unbelievably rude. Not impressed at all and went straight to Luttrell's where we were greeted with immense help and subsequent purchase that was quite hefty to boot. Karns Vision needs to practice what they preach.
