It all started good. But after I decided on the hardwood flooring I wanted and got a good price from the sales person the problems started. When I got the invoice they added a $185 dollar charge for shipping and handling to their store. When I questioned it they said everybody does it - it is not true! The day I was picking up my floor was lightly snowing. The packages were delivered to the store from their warehouse on an open pick up truck laying on top of pieces of broken up concrete probably from previous job. Needless to say they got all wet from the snow. When I asked for the manager (since I paid for S&H to the store and expected it to be done in professional matter) I only got as far as the sales person Adam (very rude) whom explained to me that the manager does not have time for me and started with his excuses that the boxes aren't wet but just damped. After about a minute asking for a manager I told Adam if there is any damage I will be back to return it. He assured me they w

I purchased wood from Johnson and Sons Flooring at their new location in Knoxville. They were so helpful and informed me of all the different woods and their hardness. I really felt informed when I left their store. They put wood in my livingroom and dining. It's absolutely beautiful and I would rate the crew 5 star. I would highly recommend Johnson & Sons Flooring

The Johnson's did an excellent job on my flooring. Tom measured my house and even oversaw the installation. I couldnt be happier with my new carpet. I purchased that stainproof carpet called Smartstrand. Anyway, well see how it does.
