I was recommended by Toyota Knoxville to see this Body Shop.From the moment I pulled in I was treated will total disregard. I asked if I could park on the grass an employee yells "NO"note all other cars there were parking on the grass.There is no clear place one can park marked in anyway that I could see.Finally another employee told me to just pull in.I was looking too have some work done on my 1992 Toyota 4x4 I wanted a small amount of repair done just bolt-on stuff really and then paint as is with a clear coat.The employee did even want my business I was willing to spend upwards of 3k or more just to get my little truck looking better.The transaction with this employee was curt and all the while witha smart alec grin and attitude to match. He then quoted me a $7.000 without ever going over anything no paper work,estimate details NOTHING.I had over 3k willing to spend more if I felt welcomed. Do business with this group at your own risk...If I could give negative rating I would.He did give me a recommendation were I could get the work done. I'm not going to take it for odious reasons.
