I had a nightmare with this company. Our phone system would go down on a regular basis and they would provide highly unsatisfactory customer service. The automated system would malfunction all the time and it hurt our business tremendously. Our client got mad at us as they could not reach us. We begged Ideacom multiple times but they were very rude and arrogant. They took complete advantage of the fact that we had signed a long term contract with them. As a businessman I will caution everyone to stay away from them specially the lady owner of the company who gives nothing but a deaf ear and is one of the most rude persons you will ever come across. I wish I had gotten a cheap phone system from some other company and would have been a lot more happier. I can never ever forget in my entire life as to how ugly this company is.
