Welcome to Highland Terrace Communities! We would like to extend a warm welcome to all of our current and future residents. Applications to reserve an apartment for the upcoming Fall semester are being accepted now. We are conveniently located in the historic Fort Sanders area near downtown Knoxville only 4 blocks from the University of Tennessee campus.
