I drive a little bit further to get to Dutch Girl Cleaners but it's worth it. You can't beat their prices and it is very much like a family atmosphere there. They know me by name, they know my preferences and they are super friendly.

I've been going to this cleaner for over a year. In terms of cost The dutch girl is by far the best. I get my dress shirts laundered for $1.85 a shirt! That is the lowest price I have found in Knoxville, while other places I've researched we're $2:50 or more. Their dry cleaning is also very affordable. Aside from the price the quality and care of the shirts are excellent. The shirts are spot checked, starched to your preference and i get my shirts (14 at a time) the very next day. Another nice thing is that if a button breaks, they repair it free of charge. As far as customer service goes, there has always been someone available and the employees are extremely nice and professional. I have not had one problem since I've been there because if I have had a concern they have always done something to resolve the issue. I'm am very pleased with the service I've been given and I will continue to go there for as long as they are open.

Poor service, when i told him shirts collar r not cleaned enough, he told to go somewhere else. Is this the way u deal w yr customers??? Insane.....

Good prices and nice people. Many of my shirts come back with broken buttons.

I will never use this cleaners again. The customer service is terrible. I went in to pick up my dry cleaning at 5:15 pm on a Tuesday. (They are open unitl 6pm during the week). There was no one at the front counter so I waited. I finally started looking through the back and yelling out, "Hello, is anyone here." 10 minutes later, I saw that the cordless phone on the counter was not on the receiver. So I hit the Page button to make it beep thinking an employee may have it with them on their travel out of the store. The phone was across the room and started beeping.

Then a lady (employee) came walking through the front door with a Snickers bar in her hand and obviously some in her mouth. She was rude and did not say anything or offer any apology when I told her that I've been waiting for a while and even yelled in the back room to see if anyone was there. She heard the phone beeping and asked what that noise was. I told her I paged the phone to try and find an employee. Still she offered nothing. She just pulled out a pad and asked for my last name. (I was shocked by her lack of customer service skills). I told her nevermind, I will go somewhere else and call the owner.

I will NEVER use this cleaners again. I have too many other options where people know how to act professional and polite.
