I order from Dragon Den on a regular basis and the food is very good, There are however some things that drive me crazy about ordering. The person taking the order does not tell you your total (when calling in and ordering for delivery) unless you ask. The deliver time seems to be an hour to an hour and thirty minutes. Unfortunately, you are not told how long it will take unless you ask. A couple of times the sweet and sour chicken has been either tough or soggy b/c of the amount of time its takes to get to you. The cashiers who answer the phone are always in a hurry to get your order and get off the phone. Well, I guess it is hit or miss on the service and food, but I order b/c of the free delivery.
