Crook and Orick has provided quality real estate appraisal and consulting services for over 25 years to the East Tennessee market. The company originated as Crook and Company in 1985 and an association was formed with Mike Orick in 2010 to prompt a name change to Crook and Orick. Another principle in the firm is Andy Crook, son of Ed Crook, original founder, who with Orick brings additional experience, youthful energy and innovation to the company in an ever changing appraisal industry. Our focus is simply quality service and satisfied clients. We provide appraisals on practically all property types to include residential, commercial and industrial properties. We have performed extensive valuations and consultation on eminent domain appraisals and specialize in right of way acquisition issues. Crook and Orick was developed on the foundation that knowledge of the changes in the real estate market coupled with an emphasis on ethical business conduct are essential components to a successful client relationship. This combination has resulted in service that not only produces outstanding appraisal reports but always includes a hands on approach that our clients appreciate.
