Chris Pivonka, PA-C is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive medical care, including preventative visits, physicals, managing chronic conditions and acute care injury/illness visits. In addition, he offers a full range of work-related medical services for area business and individuals, such as pre-employment physicals, DOT certifications, drug screens, breath-alcohol testing, hearing and vision screening, pulmonary function testing, evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries.
