i have been with Carr Rehab for a while now they have given me pretty good srvice over the years. The employees are pretty good workers They do need to take their Clients situation into considuation for most of them their wheelchair is the only independance they have & it is hard to do without for more a week esp for something small like dead Batteries I thinki they should Stok some of the Parts that are used more more often like Batteries. I had 2 dead ones & hd o do without my chair until came out(8-8-9 days after I called,then wait for them to check the batteries go back to Knox. order them,wait on them to come in ,& wait for them to bring the Batteries or W/C back --1-2 weeks. If they had the bateries in stocks ONE TRIP could have taken care of it. Cindy Clayton
