Thinking they must be reputable based on their size and brand recognition, think again. We called about a construction job, first couple of phone calls we were routed incorrectly and staff was ignorant of what was required for our job. Went in store to fill out paperwork, paperwork was lost. Every step of our project required multiple phone calls from us just to reach staff involved. Required half the money up front in cash...literal cash, not bank draft/ check/ money order. Then had calls to collect second half before job was even complete. Everything about this experience has been a disappointment including multiple attempts through out the project to talk to management in the hopes of getting things cleared up. Worst customer service of any commercial business I've dealt with.

Over priced & Poor delivery service of spas. $300 delivery service scheduled 8 days after sale and then delayed because it was raining that morning. What does rain have to do with delivering a spa. Campbells takes your money rain or shine why cant they deliver there products in the same manner.

I had no Idea what I was getting into when I bought the house with the spa. I took my water into Campbell's & they have helped me out so much. I highly recommended this place. VERY RESPECTFUL & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Recently we had warranty work done on our jacuzzi. When I called to discuss the matter with the service department, they indicated that the issue appeared to be a warranty repair. After the technician arrived and diagnosed the problem, he indicated that the repair would be done under warranty, but he gave me a bill for $109.25. The bill came as a complete surprise, especially since I was told by the service department that my issue sounded like it would be covered by warranty. It was explained to me that the $109.25 is a diagnostic and trip charge for determining the problem and driving out to repair it. Since we had to pay such a high price for someone to do a warranty repair, we felt that the repair was really not a warranty. We have had more problems with this Hot Springs brand spa than we ever had with our Jacuzzi brand spa. In the future we will be hesitant to do any business with Campbell's Pool & Spa.
