Since then the business has expanded and changed from making tents to the manufacturing of Awnings and Custom Canvas products such as, Pergola covers, Patio Canopies, Shade Sails, Curtains and Enclosures. We have added to our line and expanded into Standing Seam Metal Awnings, Architectural Metal Canopies & Freestanding Canopies and more recently we have added Handrails. Throughout this time Camel has been owned and operated by generations of descendants of B.A Bower, the founder of Camel Canvas.Today, Camel is the top Woman Owned and operated custom awning manufacture and supplier in the United States.
