I recently followed Lauren to this salon and found it very pleasant. Lauren is my favorite Hair Stylist ever. She colors my hair and cuts it and it always looks good. If by chance the color is not exactly what I want she will work until it is. I love her. I am very picky and I change stylist alot but I have stayed with Lauren the longest because of her personality and her attention to my needs. She is amazing!

Belleza's stylists are so well educated! It's refreshing to go into a salon and describe what you want, and actually have it delivered. The atmosphere is great, and I got exactly what I was looking for. My stylist even educated me on new techniques to help me style my hair at home. I will be back for sure.

I was a little nervous trying out a new salon, but my friend recommended Belleza. So, I went in last night for a hair cut and highlights. My stylist was Betsy (at the Kingston Pike location) and she did an AMAZING job!! She asked a lot of questions about how I wanted my hair colored and cut, and really cared about making my hair exactly how I envisioned!! I immediately made another appointment in a few weeks to go back!! I've already gotten tons of compliments on my hair!! Great Salon...I would definitely recommend it to anyone!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Personnel very nice, but the "elevator music" which was constant was obtrusive during my 1 1/2 hours that I spent getting my facial. I had a headache when I left. We tried turning the music down, to no avail. And, it was impossible to turn off. I will not return to this spa.

Have gone there only once, but it was the best first time visit to a hair salon that I've ever had and I have been to many all over the country. NK
