Absolutely the worst customer service EVER. My granddaughter got the wrong tshirt and they refused to make it right for her. I have 4 more grandchildren and one will be a junior next year and will need a class ring but I assure you Balfour will never get another dime of my money. They will definitely lose more monetarily than I did and I will get the word out to everyone I can every way I can so that no one else's grandchild is disappointed!
